Dad started baking! I wanted to encourage him by making easy-to-follow video tutorials. Not sure how easy they are to follow, but here they are anyway!

1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
1/2 cup light corn syrup
3/4 cup dark brown sugar
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1 tbsp. heavy cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt
Set the oven rack up at the top of the oven. Preheat the oven to 350 F (or 355 – 360F if you’re over 7000 ft.)
Spoon caramel batter onto cookie sheet, evenly spaced about three inches. Usually about six or eight spoonfuls per sheet. Bake for 3 minutes, rotate pan, then another 4 minutes.
