Usually I don’t do things like this. My sister did it first, and after much internal deliberation, I read it. It was funny. So I went to the link that was at the bottom of her page and tried the “Evil Plan” engine myself.
Here are the results:
Your objective is simple: World Domination.
Your motive is a little bit more complex: Love (Yes, it works)
Stage One
To begin your plan, you must first kidnap a famous actor/actress. This will cause the world to whisper among themselves, overwhelmed by your arrival. Who is this despoiler of all that is good and nice and true? Where did they come from? And why do they look so good in a supervillain costume with gimmicks?
Stage Two
Next, you must steal the internet. This will all be done from a space station, a mysterious place of unrivaled dark glory. Upon seeing this, the world will weep uncontrollably, as countless hordes of mean english teachers hasten to do your every bidding.
Stage Three
Finally, you must demonstrate your needlessly big weather machine, bringing about pain, suffering, the usual. Your name shall become synonymous with fuzzy bunnies, and no man will ever again dare make you clean your room. Everyone will bow before your dashing good looks, and the world will have no choice but to fall madly in love with you.
This was recently reported by “sxephil” on YouTube. I quite enjoy watching him, as he reports inane and trivial things in a funny sarcastic way.
Anyway, apparently one of the latest topics was about video games and they’re apparent health benefits. To sum up, there has been preliminary studies done that show people playing non-competitive games show signs of relaxation, mental stimulation, etc. It initially began as a study to find benefits to help those with depression.
I know I’m a nerd and I’m taking pictures of flowers . . . but they’re pretty, and I have a nifty camera! The sunflowers are already coming up, which is usually the first signs of fall around here in Taos, NM. They’re quite beautiful, but extremely hardy! They grow so fast, that within a week we had stalks all around the house.
Sorry that the new pics aren’t of me, if that’s what you were hoping for!
Here we go! A how-to video on how to make a smoothie just like Jamba Juice. This recipe that I do is the Citrus Squeeze (my favorite).
This is a very healthy snack or a breakfast drink. It’s pretty filling too. Well, you’re eating a whole bunch of chopped up fruit!
Ingredients:
1 cup frozen strawberries (whole)
1 1/4 cup orange juice (fresh squeezed is best)
1 frozen banana
1 cup crushed ice
1 or 2 scoops of Vanilla frozen yogurt. (You can use ice cream, but it tastes more like the Jamba Juice version if you use frozen yogurt. It does NOT taste like actual yogurt, for those of you who hate yogurt like me)
And actually, I uploaded this video onto YouTube first without any sound. Exciting? Well, maybe for a strange and small few. I was using Avid Liquid (my dad is a video editor, so I have a free copy), and I forget to put the video on a timeline track with sound turned on. Isn’t that just hilarious?
Well, after waiting another 20 minutes for the re-rendering and uploading onto YouTube to complete, I finally have my second vlog ever! Woot!
I think I’m starting to like vlogging. Omg – I’m turning vain! ;-;
Forgive me?

More vlogging! Shoutouts, as well as minuscule news and most just crazy babbling from me. Why do you guys like this again?
And don’t forget to check out my website. Alright, alright, I know it’s still new. But there’s stuff there! Really!
Update as of 11/27/2009: This product line has been pulled off Etsy until further notice. Probably won’t put them back up though. May end up doing a more direct “PayPal” thing later. Will try to keep this updated as events warrant.
Lotion and Soap photosession. Oh, and bags too.
Okay, so I stayed up really late last night, as I’m prone to do in times of extreme creativity and productivity. Guys, I know it goes without saying, but I’m really into this soap making deal. I mean, look at my cute packaging! And I probably shouldn’t say this, but I am a little proud of it: I had almost no budget. The labels were Avery mailing labels. And I bought the kraft paper at the super market. It’s the shipping kind as well.
Overall, I think the appearance is pretty effective.
Of course, the little bags are all handmade as well. They’re cute, small, but spacious and functional. The drawstring is made of the same material as the bag. All the bags are lined, and professionally finished. Hey, I did not learn how to sew on my mother’s sewing machine. Well, wait a minute . . . I did, but not exclusively. Ha! I went to the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in Los Angeles and learned fashion sewing. Woot. Sewing. <3
Anyway, the bags will be listed on Etsy for $12 dollars. The lotions are 4 oz. for $10. The soap bars are in two sizes. Full bars and Guest Bars. Unfortunately, I only have two scents with full bars. But the guest bars go for half price! Yay?
I guess people liked me vlogging! So here I am vlogging to the masses about my inane happenings and hopes to become a professional singer and recording artist. Ha ha! . . .
So I think I’m starting to get the hang of this wordpress thing. I mean, it took a little trial and error, and some panicking did occur . . . like when I thought the whole thing had failed after I just finished setting up the darn thing. 500 Internal Server errors caused more screams than . . . I can’t think of an appropriate analogy. But that’s okay! Because I have my WordPress website up and running.
Yay! Okay, so now . . . what to talk about? I mean, other than getting all jazzed up about the Radio Station Owner guy, and consequently finding out that all 12 demo packets were replied to in positive fashion. That was supposed to be last Monday. We actually haven’t heard from the guy since before that. Oh, well. Keep it real, is what I say! So in the meantime, I’ll just be recording tracks at home and adding them to the Music page.
If anyone has any good suggestions for a better way to display a music playlist in a wordpress theme, please let me know!
